Legal

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to veryimportantmeeting.com, play.veryimportantmeeting.com, and any other game hosted under this domain. Using the site means you accept them.

Last updated October 11, 2026.

What the site is

Very Important Meeting hosts free games that run in your web browser. It is for entertainment. Every game is free to play. The only things for sale are the two ways to switch the ads off (below), and there is no service level to rely on.

Using the site

The site is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may play the games, share links, and take screenshots of your own play. Please do not try to disrupt the site, its hosting, or other people's use of it, and do not use automated tools to load it at scale.

Accounts

You can play without an account. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, keep that account secure, because anyone who can sign in to it can use your account here. If you sign in with your email, keep your email account secure, because anyone who can read your email can sign in here. You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account. We may close an account that is used to disrupt the site. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Switching ads off

You can turn off the ads on veryimportantmeeting.com for your account, on any device where you are signed in, with Destroy ads forever. It does not unlock any game content, and the games stay the same with or without ads.

Destroy ads forever costs $9.99 (US dollars) as a single payment, not a subscription. The ads stay off for as long as the site runs and your account exists. If you delete your account, the purchase goes with it.

Patreon. You can also support the games on our Patreon page, on a free tier or a paid one. Patreon memberships, payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by Patreon under Patreon's terms. Ideas and requests sent through Patreon are welcome and read, but we decide what gets built and when; a request is not a promise. A Patreon membership does not switch the ads off on this site unless its tier says so.

Payments are processed by Stripe (card, Google Pay and Apple Pay) or by PayPal. Taxes may apply depending on where you live. If something goes wrong with your purchase, tell us through the feedback form and we will look at it. Refunds are decided case by case. Refunding Destroy ads forever switches the ads back on. Nothing in these terms limits any refund right you have under the law where you live.

Ads

The home page and the Learn page show ads from Google AdSense. We do not choose or endorse individual ads, and we are not responsible for the products or sites they lead to. How ads and cookies work here is explained in the Privacy Policy.

The games

Some games are our own work; others are open-source projects published under their own licenses, credited on the game's own credits page. Those licenses, not these terms, govern what you may do with a game's code and assets. See the Copyright Guidelines page for the list.

Your saves

Game progress is stored in your browser. We cannot recover it if you clear your browser data, switch devices, or if a game update changes how saves work. Treat saves as convenient, not permanent.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove games and pages at any time, and the site may be unavailable while we work on it. We do not promise that any game will stay online.

No warranty

The site and the games are provided as is and as available. We do not promise that they will be free of errors, available at all times, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Very Important Meeting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss that comes from using or being unable to use the site, including lost game progress.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
